Returns & Postage

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Each return request will be assessed on an individual basis.
  • If approved, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns outside of the time window may not be accepted.
